How do the hands-on sessions work?

The hands-on simulation training is designed to build muscle memory and technical precision through high-repetition exercises that mirror real clinical procedures. 

This course has several hands-on sessions that will have you utilize your simulation kit to replicate a procedure on the manikin. You’ll receive live feedback from an educator in these sessions. You'll develop the confidence to seamlessly translate these skills into your day-to-day practice.

No travel is required – the session is completed from your own clinic or home.

The Fellowship in Oral Health Therapy is a comprehensive continuing education course designed to enhance the full scope of a dental therapist’s skill set. It is designed to equip you with the knowledge, technical skills, and confidence to integrate into any dental practice and thrive as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

To enrol in this course, you must currently be a certified and practicing oral health therapist or dental hygienist.
