Hands-on Simulation Sessions

The hands-on simulation training is designed to build muscle memory and technical precision through high-repetition exercises that mirror real clinical procedures. 

This course has several hands-on sessions that will have you utilize your simulation kit to replicate a procedure on the manikin. You’ll receive live feedback from an educator in these sessions. You'll develop the confidence to seamlessly translate these skills into your day-to-day practice.

What is the fellowship course outline?

The Fellowship in Oral Health Therapy uses a series of lectures and virtual hands-on sessions curated by world-class dental professionals so you can maximize your learning.

Module 1: This comprehensive restorative module covers the fundamentals and advanced techniques of direct composite resins for both posterior and anterior teeth, including material selection, layering, aesthetics, and patient-centered treatment planning.

Module 2: Learn the fundamentals of the treatment and management of children and how their management differs from adult dentition.

Module 3: Orthodontics is being implemented in practices all over the world and while orthodontists or dentists are doing the planning and management with additional training the patient care and day-to-day management falls on the auxiliary team. You will learn the basics of orthodontic care, how to use various systems and to troubleshoot problems as they arise.

Module 4: Periodontal therapy forms the backbone of stable dental health. This module allows you to efficiently manage easy to moderate periodontal disease without resorting to surgical interventions.
